"Excellent location with restaurants and museums nearby. Rooms clean and bright. Helpful staff. But no concierge or porter service. No one to help with luggage which is really not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. "

"Not enough lifts for hotel capacity Check in not very efficient. Have stayed at this hotel several times but this has now changed names and been rebranded and taken over by a different company. Intent checking desk to be told to go to self check in. I had to ask for help which the staff did help but wasn’t very clear No yes or coffeee facilities on the room Check out has changed and is now 10am. Can stay longer but have to pay extortionate amounts. Seems tk be taking the easy let style low budget packages except this hotel isn’t low budget! On checkout the staff were not helpful"

"This hotel is so conveniently located. You can walk everywhere…Covent Gardens, the West End Theater District, Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and more. Love the old world feel and the cozy bar stayed open late. Highly recommend!"
