My experience was truly enhanced by the exceptional level of customer service I received, particularly from Andreea, the hostess at the hotel’s restaurant, Feels Like June. From the moment I arrived, Andreea’s warm and attentive nature made me feel so welcome, which was especially appreciated after a long flight from the US. Not only did she ensure my dining experience was wonderful, but she also went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my room. Her professionalism and genuine care made all the difference, and it’s clear that she embodies the highest standards of customer service. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Andreea for her kindness and dedication. She is truly a gem, and her service made my stay unforgettable. Lovely location near Canary Wharf Underground stop. Room was on the small side, but it was very clean. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

A short walk to the Elizabeth Line meant we could access central London conveniently in an air conditioned train. Lots of food options in the local area. Of course it would have been nice if a fridge and microwave had been available, but we knew that wasn’t the case going in. We were in an accessible room, so had to be careful when showering not to get water across the entire bathroom floor and the sink was a little low. But we made it work. Overall a pleasant stay.

The facility is beautiful. I understand I’m American from Las Vegas so my expectations of service are different. But I did stay at the Virgin Hotel in Edinburgh following my stay at Tribe and that was impeccable service. I think Tribe has some staff that needs some service training if they are aiming to get a good grade in service.

Room was very clean. Located in one of the safest area in London. Easy access to Elizabeth and Jubilee lines, as well as the DLR. Many fancy restaurants around. Would definitely recommend.

The room is small as many have stated in previous reviews. After saying that, London is huge, we only went to the room after the day was done and we needed to rest a few hours. Clean, great staff, coming from the US the free breakfast outshines any I have been to. Now, I would say they need face washcloths, outlet in the bathroom, and a phone. That is it, 5 stars and 4 for the three items I stated. Few Extras: Several restaurants right by and a restaurant in the hotel. 1 1/2 blocks to the Jubilee underground. 1 block from Amazon Fresh.
