"The a/c system was not working in our room when we checked in. Someone came in right away to fix it. After going out and coming back that night, the temp still remained at 80 degrees. We switched to a different room which the a/c did work and the room was cool. However, a humming/buzz and a fan in one of the vents never turned off. So it was difficult to fall asleep hearing that all night. We went from room #1005 to room #1903. Otherwise, it was clean, looked nice and well maintained."

"Airport shuttle shows up about every 15 min at Federal Circle, take AirTrain, and look for white van with big orange C. Hotel recently renovated, so pretty nice inside. Surrounding area not so nice. No amenities withing walking distance. Several restaurants offer delivery though and hotel has evening restaurant and bar service. We reccommend Namaste Indian food! Bed very comfortable, needed better pillows, rooms not soundproofed and lots of light leakage around doorframe. Breakfast had good selection, runs 6a to 9a"

"I stayed here on a solo trip as a woman, and it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and responsive, especially Ashraf. He asked if I had eaten and even offered to give me food if I hadn’t! If you want somewhere clean to rest your head, then this will serve your purpose. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and there is a working fridge and Roku TV. It is sparse, though, so it’s just a place to sleep, not hang out. You can hear noise and movement in the halls late at night, which is not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. Luckily, I WAS able to get a decent night’s sleep. Additionally, there is a construction site directly across from the hotel which started jackhammering at 7am on Saturday morning and continued until I left around 1pm. Just be aware and bring ear plugs if that’s a bother to you. The area is next to low income housing and people hang out late at night, but there are also families and people just going about their lives. As long as you’re vigilant, you should be fine. I didn’t have a problem, and I quickly adjusted to walking to and from the subway, even around 10pm. I would just say that the staff shouldn’t announce the room number out loud, just as a precaution and especially for women. However, everyone I encountered was friendly and minded their own business. Overall, I would recommend this as an affordable place to stay if you want to be close to the city."
