I went into this with low expectations since there weren't many reviews, but the place was really nice. Check-in was a little difficult (the office was confusing to find), as other reviews mentioned, but aside from that, the property was very pleasant. Also, it's located in a convenient place (near KTown), with plenty of food options nearby and a supermarket. I especially enjoyed the rooftop, which offered stunning views during sunset.

Honestly nice place. But 100% would not book again because the customer service and check in agent was so rude. Not friendly. Told us there was no parking and we would have to park on the street…. Then told us to come back in an hour and he would see what he could do. Then told us we would have to pay cash for the parking… Would. Not. Recommend

Place was great- perfect for a family, a few minutes walk to Little Tokyo We would have given 5 stars except on the day of check in we were given a different location than what is on the listing and confirmed the day prior which caused a lot of anxiety and scrambling. The real location seems to be much better than K-town but we made plans based on the original address. We spent most of our visit with friends earlier that day waiting on responses, trying to figure out if we were being scammed and what alternative plan we can have. Wish the listing would have provided a better sense of location so that we felt confident it was all legit - unfortunate since the place is really good and would recommend otherwise. Just plan that the location is not James Wood Blvd in Koreatown as it says. Also parking is available for a fee - recommended but reserve early so you can have it for your entire stay. We had to park on street (allowed on the meter overnight after 8pm) our last evening.
