Hotel is located in an excellent location, across the street from Beverly Hills Civic Center, with many different options for nearby shopping, and dining. Staff is helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. I would stay there again if visiting the area in the future.
It’s a gem place, close to everything and safety location, is must!!!

Liked: Staff & service
Although somewhat antiquated, this is one of the best concepts for Beverly Hills. A hotel for everyday working people.😎 The staff was very kind and accommodating. May come back soon...

Love the hotel del Flores. It's a very old building in the nice and safe neighborhood of beverly hills. It has character and history with beautiful decorations. I always check in on the evenings, and that lady is so nice and attentive.
Great location in the middle of Beverly hills. Room is a bit dated but it's nearly 100 years old so you have to accept that acquaintance. Only complaint was the shade did not go all the way down so a bit of city noise throughout the night but nothing like being in Manhattan. Great rate in a vintage Hotel and would gladly stay here again
The employees are excellent and very friendly; that made the stay more pleasant.
The bed and sheets were clean, as were the bathrooms and showers.
The tables, the walls look like they haven't been cleaned in years.
The building is old and could be very inviting if it were better preserved.
It is in a very nice and safe area. It's perfect if you're short on budget.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
It was very old and needs upgrading badly. Clean and comfortable though.
I,m 46 and traveling a lot around the world. I have never ever been in worst hotel then this.. Not even a hostel is that bad. The Location was amazing but the service and quality was awful. I would not recommend this place to any european visitors. For this price you can stay on Motel 6 or Holiday Inn...
Just found head lice in my daughter's hair. Got stuck in the bathroom three times because the door knob didn't work properly. Air conditioner didn't work and when I asked the front desk for help for the AC, was told there is nothing that could be done. Carpet was not clean, outlets was broken in the rooms. Floors and beds wasn't clean. Good location.
Awful. This hotel has no AC and it was unbearably hot. I have some empathy for the fact that there was a heat wave going on, but even at night when outside cooled down the room was so hot!! My room was on the ground floor with a window that needed to stay open to make it bearable, but left me worried for my things and myself. I couldn't leave ANYTHING remotely valuable in the room with a wide-open ground floor window. I was booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one after having one of the worst sleeps I've ever had at a hotel. I had to book another hotel and thankfully I found something last minute. The rooms do not have their own refrigerators, there was a communal fridge in the lobby (that doesn't have ice). They offer free wifi which is needed because for some reason you don't get cell phone service in the rooms. I'm not the type of person to mind a less-than-great room, for the most part I'm only there to sleep, but you need to feel like your belongings are safe while you are away. I was excited to stay in the area and explore Beverly Hills on foot as the location is great, but it just wasn't worth it. All the staff I encountered were very nice, the situation was not their fault and the bed appeared clean.
Get some AC machines at the very least, I can't think of anywhere in LA that doesn't have AC. So old and bare minimum of what a hotel should be. Would definitely not stay again.
