"We arrived at 8am and left our luggage. When we checked in at 7pm. There was a line and only 1 person working. We repeatedly asked for someone to retrieve our luggage. It took over 30 minutes. Otherwise, we had a nice experience. "

"Great stay! It’s perfect for a night before court. It is LA though, so give yourself plenty of time to get wherever you need to go. Plenty of Uber/Lyft., good food/usual Starbucks. No complaints! Beds are lovely and pampering. I’ll be back. "
