“The staff are excellent Need some changes in the rooms”

“Usually we have no real issues with staying here. This time, after waking up, it was discovered that the towels in our room were only hand towels and we had nothing to dry off with after a shower. I called the front desk and was told that if I wanted towels I would have to come get them myself from the front desk. Apparently the person was the only one around and couldn’t leave the desk. “I open this saying I have never written a review of a hotel, or restaurant. I’ve had mid or meh experiences before, but I am an easy to please person and typically can deal with some issues. However, this is by far the worst place I’ve stayed at. Stains, everywhere. Literally.. on almost every surface in the room- stains. Water got warm, not hot. Floor was disgusting- the easiest thing, vacuuming looks like it hadn’t been done in who knows. My wife and I (with zero exaggeration) killed...
