위치좋고 깔끔한 호텔
일단 위치가 정말 좋아요. 룩소르신전과 가깝구요. 주변에 강변따라 산책로도 좋아요. 호텔자체도 깔끔하고 깨끗해요. 조식도 좋았구요.

들어가는 입구가 길어서 헷갈리긴 했는데 방에 들어가니 너무 예뻐서 마음에 들었어요 ! 하루만 있다가기엔 아쉬웠어요 ! 조식도 좋았고 ^^ 다음에 또 가고 싶네요

카이로 거리에 냄새도 나고 삐끼가 많아서 호탤에서 가의 지냈는데 수영장과 식당 다 만족스러움

직원들이 친절하지는 않았음.조식도 좀 부실한 편..빵 종류는 많은데 그외에 기본적으로 갖춰져야할 샐러드.요거트.시리얼 부분등이 좀 아쉬웠고 계란요리가없어서..실망스러웠음 조경이나 방 컨디션을 만족.오후5시이후에는 수영장옆 레스토랑이 문닫아 룸서비스를 시켜먹었음.룸서비스는 가격.맛 등 만족했지만 레스토랑 및 부대시설이 잘 이루어지지않는것같아 아쉬운점이 많음

소피텔 윈터 팰리스와 정원 수영장을 공유하고 있으며 저렴한 가격으로 윈터 팰래스를 느끼기이 아주 좋습니다 룩소르 탬플도 바로 옆이고 룩소르 박물관도 도보 이동 가능한 위치입니다

위치 가 룩소르템플 나일강과 가까워서 산책하기 좋음 정원도 잘 가꿔 아름답고 한낮에 수영장에서 런치도 좋았음

시내에 자리 잡은 조용한 호텔
입구에서 리셉션까지가 좀 멀었다. 룩소르 신전 바로 옆이라 좋았다. 무료 조식도 좋았고 와이파이도 좋았다. 단체관광객이 많았는데 불편함은 없었다. 전반적으로 이집트에서 괞찬은 호텔이다.

강추합니다!
운좋게도 업그레이드가 되어 winter palace에 묵게 되었는데 100년도 더 된 호텔에서의 숙박 경험이 아주 독특하고 만족스러웠습니다. 예산이 허락하신다면 winter palace에 하루정도 묵으시는것도 좋을 것 같습니다. winter pavillon과는 정원과 수영장을 공유하고 있는데 이것 때문에라도 방문해볼 가치가 있다고 생각합니다. 호텔 이름을 대면 luxor에서 모르는 사람이 없고 luxor 신전 및 역과도 가까워서 이동도 편리했습니다. 다시 가도 winter pavillon 또는 winter palace에 투숙할 생각입니다.

첨에 호텔 찾기가 너무 힘들었어요. 윈터 팰리스 안쪽에 있는 줄 모르고 그 주변을 빙빙 몇번을 돌았는지... ㅠㅠ 호화로운 윈터 팰리스랑 리셉션을 공유하고 있으니 저희처럼 고생하지 마시고 궁전처럼 생긴 호텔로 들어가세요. 전반적으로 만족스러운 호텔이었어요. 록소르에 다시 온다면 또 머물고 싶어요

El personal del Hotel sin servicio de ayuda para el cliente, nosotros reservamos para dos adultos y una niña y en sus políticas solo están considerados hasta 12 años. Eso lo entendemos pero ellos no nos dieron ninguna solución solo dijeron que es 50 dólares más y nada más, nada empaticos.

This has been the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Sometimes I wanted to stay at the hotel and lounge than to go sightseeing! Amazing, highly recommend. I will be dreaming of this hotel until we come back!

有名ホテルウィンターパレスと同じ敷地内で庭も共有だが、ホテルは全くの別物。こちらは、値段も安く、便利なとこではあるが、ホテル内は、だいぶ古びている。ポットはなく、お水は毎日2本、ビンのものがもらえる。清潔には、されている。朝食は、5:30から食べることができるが、温かい料理は少なめ。コーヒーは、頼めばもらえる。

The hotel was in a beautiful setting of gardens. The staff was gracious and eager to accommodate my requests, with it was giving directions, making restaurant reservations, or needing a breakfast box to go. The hotel and setting were a quiet oasis after full days of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel 20 minutes from airport. Good bars and restaurants on property the hotel is attached to the Palace Hotel which is beautiful. Must dress for dinner and the bar in there. Very helpful and friendly Staff. Pool area lovely. Would recommend.

Avoid Restaurant 1886. Bad food but expensive.
The Winter Palace and gardens continue to be beautiful and elegant, and its newer Pavillon annex is convenient and comfortable. However, its signature dining room (Restaurant 1886) supposedly serving a version of French cuisine is surprisingly tiny and unimpressive, probably due to a lack of customers warned ahead about the overpriced, bland, poorly prepared and disappointing food.

We had awful experience at this hotel: from the gridy poorly mannered hotel staff and management to dirty old rooms. Simply awful Beware.

A verdant oasis
I stay in a lot of hotel rooms over the course of a normal year, and I’ve never had a stronger desire to write a review than I do today. Briefly: this hotel and especially its staff are simply superb, full stop. It’s difficult to overstate how lovely the grounds of this hotel are — it’s a truly verdant oasis in the center of an otherwise rather dusty (if still lovely!) city. But none of us travels to a city just to spend time on a hotel’s grounds, and when you do decide to venture out to the bustling city center, the river promenade, or Luxor Temple itself, all you need to do is cross the street. They’re all literally feet away. But as great as the hotel is, that’s not why i’m writing this review today — I’m writing this review because the staff of this hotel, in particular a staff member named Ola, went above and beyond in multiple different ways to help make our stay there with our elderly family comfortable by caringly accommodating some of our requests that I’d honestly describe as somewhat unreasonable. We felt so welcomed and cared for that I can’t imagine going anywhere else if we were ever in Luxor again.

The Pavillon shares garden and pool facilties with the Winter Palace Hotel built in 1886. Celebrities, Royalty and Heads of State stay there. Pavillon rooms have garden or pool view. Clean bedding and towels daily. Pool towels provided. Stunning tropical gardens, with flamingos, are absolutely immaculate. Excellent breakfasts can be taken in the garden in peace and quiet.

+ : belle chambre spacieuse avec balcon (3001), super jardin et piscine partagés avec winter palace, personnel accueillant et d’une gentillesse extrême à la réception, au PDJ, à la piscine et même à l’entrée (nous retiendrons le sourire d’Ali qui s’occupait de notre chambre et faisait une belle décoration sur notre lit tous les jours et le service de Rachid au petit déjeuner. Merci à vous !) ! -: triste de voir enfermé le paon dans une cage. Entrée via l’annexe qui ne paie pas de mine.

Highly recommend.
I would recommend. A fraction of the cost compared to next door. The swimming pool is a huge plus. Breakfast was great. Includes made to order eggs.

Wonderful property. My only ding is the pool not being open past sunset. But that is all of Egypt as a whole not just this property so that won’t change. Additionally they need new TVs in the rooms. Mine was very old and had to get maintenance up just to help turn it on because it didn’t work. Fantastic views and great staff

We enjoyed the facility and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t like that we had to wear formal clothes to have dinner at all the restaurants. It was over 100°. I also didn’t like the food that much at dinner. I ordered pasta with mixed seafood and I honestly couldn’t find more than 2 small tiny pieces of crab. The best thing about the hotel was the staff and the garden.

The hotel is nice. The service is excellent. Here I must mention Mr Rashedi and Joacanda. However the hotel needs maintenance. It is run down. Breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel. No coffee maker in room which is also weird for a 5 star hotel

De Winter Palace is an beautiful old lady met veel historie. Het gebouw is voornaam representatief en een beetje sleets. Er zijn meerdere restaurant, een beeldschone tuin met een gigantische pool. Heel erg fijn. De bediening is zeer goed en vriendelijk. Wij sliepen in het paviljoen wat aan de tuin is gelegen. Dit moet worden opgeknapt. Met deze vernieuwing is een aanvang genomen. Nu moet iedere kamer nog individueel worden opgeknapt. Daar tegenover staat dat het heel goedkoop is. Een aanrader.
