"This stay was a mix of great comfort and frustrating logistics. The unit itself is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the space felt much larger than a typical hotel room, offering good value compared to nearby resorts. Once everything was sorted out, it was a pleasant place to stay, and the late checkout was appreciated given the check-in issues. The arrival experience was stressful. I did not receive the full address and building details until shortly...

"YOU PAY WHAT YOU GET FOR. DEF WORTH THE STAY/PRICE IF YOU ARE JUST GOING TO USE IT TO SHOWER, CHANGE AND SLEEP....THEN GO OUT AND EXPLORE THE BEAUTY OF THE CITY THIS IS A GOOD SPOT. "Poppi was excellent and made arrangements for us to have a place due to the original location not honoring our reservation since property being sold. There was somewhat of a language barrier but nothing the translator app couldn’t handle"

"The place was amazing, and everything was really close by. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was not the best because we didn’t have the QR code to enter the property, and we spent about three hours trying to get into our unit. The jacuzzi also wasn’t working, which was disappointing. However, after that, everything was okay overall. It’s a highly secure place to stay in Punta Cana. "

"Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property."
