"Please avoid this place . Front desk employees need to go . They’re all Nasty and shouldn’t be working with people . Maria you need to get a personality !! How dare you disrespect my 82 year old mother . My Mom forgot her key and asked if she can get another one for the elevator to get to her room . Maria shrugged her shoulders and said oh well !!! So upset at the lack of empathy and disrespect . Also , I asked for towels told they would contact housekeeping . Came back later in the evening and nothing . I asked to fix the light when you first walk in and nothing but an attitude . DO NOT stay here"
