"The resort is the only one of its kind in the main tourist area in Langkawi. It has multiple restaurants/ bars and 2 pools. The second pool had just been refurbished and was slick and modern, the larger pool area was more dated but was clean and really pleasant to cool off in. Food at breakfast was good and we enjoyed the lunch there too. The service was a solid 4 star but close to 5. For example, at check in there was no welcome drink or offer to help with bags and the products provided in...

Large living room with spectacular views of the city, fully equiped kitchen including washer and dryer, comfortable bedroom, and large bathroom. "Some furniture a little aged. Bathtub stopper doesn’t work. WiFi is the absolute worst of any 5star hotel I’ve ever been in. Keeps kicking u out every time you closed the phone. Have to relog in EVERY time you turn on the phone. Cell signals sucks so u are reliant on the wifi. But overall great value for such a large oceanfront suite. Location cannot be beat. Amenity is awesome and views are great. "

"This is a fabulous hotel and Spa. I had the King deluxe room and it was large and spacious with a balcony. The Sizzle on the shore buffet bbq gives a large range of food types with healthy options. The Spa however, is a must go treat for any travel. There is a gym and also an adult only infinite pool. Then also options for families with small children. You are right on the beach which is sandy. HIghly recommend the resort. "

"We stayed in a Premier Seaview Chalet (1233) during the first week of May, so certainly not as busy as previous reviews indicate. It was hot and humid though and it took a few days to acclimatise. Thankfully the air conditioning in our chalet was very good and we loved the free mini bar, replenished daily. Great variety for breakfast at both restaurants.
