“Was an issue, but I couldn't define adequately the reason. During the booking, I don't remember to have the option to change the age of my kid. I came early and alone to do the check in and receive the key. When we arrive late in the night, the booking was done for under 1 year old (she is 11) so just one bed was in the bedroom. They offer option to resolve and that's a good point, but the error could be in the website, or the hotel options. But definitively, the location was great to visit...

“This apartment is down a very grubby, dark alley. That would be ok if there was a clean and welcoming accommodation at the end. But no! We had ongoing issues with the toilet flush and had to pour buckets of water down the toilet, this was eventually semi resolved but continued to stop working intermittently. “This apartment was perfect for our three-night stay. It is in an amazing location right beside the beautiful Duomo, very handy to excellent shopping and just a couple of blocks’ walk from the lake front, ticket office, ferries and funicular. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment itself is very comfortable with a spacious, separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room for a third person. "The hotel location is perfect. Carrefour and shopping shops are within walking distance. The parking lot is spacious, free, and convenient to use. The room is old, but spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is mini fidge, 2pairs of slippers and amrnities in the bathroom Two things that could be improved: 1. I connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, but it was so slow that I ended up using my data instead. 2. The shower drain in the bathroom was clogged, and the water was slow to drain, making it uncomfortable to take a shower."
