“Good experience”

“Pool was closed, we called a couple weeks earlier and they told us it was open and now it’s under renovation. Old and dingy, clean and fine to sleep but that’s about all.”

“Nice place, spacious room, good common area in lobby. Good location. We’ll be back.”

“Get an elevator”

“First of all no pool. The rooms smelled like terrible urine and it’s one of the worst hotels in the area. I called the front desk and the staff member by the name of Max said we could refund you for the other two nights. I booked at the best western and was hoping they would refund me. Well they haven’t”

“I booked this place specifically because it advertised an indoor pool. If I had only wanted a cheap room, I would have stayed at Motel 6. If I wanted a budget hotel with breakfast, I would have chosen Super 8 instead. The indoor pool was the deciding factor, so I booked a non-refundable rate. When I arrived, both the booking website and the motel entrance still advertised an indoor pool, but at check-in I was coldly told it wasn’t available. No apology. No explanation. Just a dismissive...

“It was a good stay for the price. No real amenities, but coffee machine and Continental breakfast in the mornings. The condition of the room was ok. The tub was chipped, toilet seat very loose and about to fall off. Rust all over the door frame in the bathroom. Little rough condition overall, but not a bad stay for the price.”
