"Great place to stay and play. The views are incredible. Multiple trails nearby for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking! The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful in answering our questions!"

"Location is excellent - a short bike, drive or trolley/shuttle away from everything you'd want to do, see or eat. Staff is super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about how to get around. The property is generally well maintained, though our room had a few areas that looked like they could have used a refresh/repair. Plenty of shelving and drawers. Water pressure in the shower was decent and hot water plentiful however, the showerhead was a bit low - I'm only about 5'4" and had to squat a bit so tall folks be warned. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend/stay again."

"We had a truly exceptional experience at your hotel, thanks in large part to your outstanding staff. After a very poor experience and an eventual refund from a previous booking at the Shiloh Inn, your front desk team went above and beyond to assist us. Upon explaining our situation, the representative coordinated with her manager to secure an upgraded room for our stay. I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your team's professionalism and their commitment to ensuring our comfort. This hotel was very clean and nice. I loved everything about it. They have a sauna and a spa. It is wonderful, with great parking and, overall, just a great atmosphere."

"When we checked in, the room unfortunately wasn’t fully cleaned. There were expired items in the fridge, and our dog found nuts on the floor. Since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t move rooms. Staff did send someone to tidy up while we were at dinner, which we appreciated, but the expired items were still there when we returned. The location was perfect, though, and the staff was responsive. The room just needed a more thorough check before our arrival."

"Lovely spot. Check in was super easy. Kitchen wares are a bit limited, and pots and pans are scratched Teflon. Not too big of a deal for us, since we brought what we needed as we were camping earlier in our trip. Full size fridge and microwave. Kettle was pretty rusty inside, so we boiled water in a pan we brought. Shower was a bit difficult to fine tune for temperature, tho once dialed in plenty of hot water and worked fine. Shower head itself left something to be desired, but water pressure was not bad at all. Rooms have thin walls, could hear our neighbors conversations fairly easily, and they probably could hear ours. Fine since we weren't home much. The room stayed warm didn't need to turn on the heat, there was a wood burning stove and wood readily available but we did not use it (early September). On a couple of occasions noticed slight gas smell from heater; did not seem to be out of order, pilot light was on, just a fact of those old room heaters. Great place to bring the dog along. Would definitely stay again, it was great value and perfect location."
