"The room was great and Amanda at the check in counter was Amazing!!! Most reps act like you’re bothering them when you check in and she was just the opposite. She was very courteous and polite and asked us after we checked in if everything was ok with the room. She is definitely one of a kind and is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She deserves 5 stars for her service!!!"

"The rooms where so clean the beds where amazing. We have a great time and will be back . The only thing they didnt have was creamer for the coffee but we dont drink coffee . "

"The room was clean and smelled nice. The room was a nice size w/2 queen beds. I would have liked to have an extra pillow on each bed. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean.Rick was nice on the phone and gave us a ground level room as we requested. I could not get anyone to answer the phone to confirm my reservation. I called 12 times. The Cisco Chamber of commerce helped me find their private phone # to confirm my reservation. I only stayed 1 night. The motel looked fully booked, but it was quiet. We could not hear traffic from the interstate in our room. The price was fair for this location. I booked through expedia with no problems. Check-in was very easy and the attendant was friendly. They do not offer a free breakfast (Sonic is 2 blocks away) but they do have a full size coffee pot in the room, which is nice. Overall, I would stay here again and I would reccomend it as a budget hotel."
