“Horrible does not match the website ”

“The room was beautiful!! We had a corner room with two balconies, amazing views!! Breakfast was good, however the food at both restaurants for dinner was not the best. We ate out at amazing restaurants in the area, which we highly recommend. ”

“Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. ”
