"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It’s budget-friendly, the rooms are clean, cozy, and surprisingly decent for the price. It’s perfect for travelers looking for comfort without spending too much. Location is amazing. It’s a quick walk to MOA and some other malls, restaurants and coffee shops. What really stood out was the customer service, especially from Glenda at the front desk. She’s very friendly, approachable, and goes out of her way to assist guests, not every receptionist has that kind of warmth and professionalism. Most of the staff are also polite and helpful, which made my stay even better. I like how they put their hands on their chest when they greet the guests. The only thing I’d suggest is improving the smoking area. Adding a few benches and a small roof or cover would make it more comfortable, especially during rain or strong sun. Overall, great value for money and wonderful service. Would definitely stay again!"

"Pretty much everything. From the moment you arrive, the service is incredible. I had a suite which was huge and with a view of the beautiful pool area. The lobby with the amazing pianist, Christmas tree and all decorations was stunning. Breakfast is so good and has everything you could ever want. Afternoon tea is not to be missed but the highlight for me was Evening Cocktails where the food and drink is superb but the service even better with the gentleman making cocktails (sorry I am old and forget names) worthy of particular mention, even leaving the bar to get his favourite bourbon to make one drink for me. I really don't have a bad word to say about this place. The only other hotel in the world I have stayed in that is up there with this is Shangri-la in Boracay and that's probably only because of the location on the beach, and jacuzzi on the balcony!"

"Everyone at this resort was wonderful. The food at the Italian restaurant and The Market was delicious We loved the pool and beach/ocean Pia , concierge , went above and beyond to assist us in our travel plans! She is professional and kind. An amazing person! We can not remember all the special people we met but we did enjoy getting to know Dave, Bianca with her infectious laugh and Oli were personable. I had two amazing massages from Menna and Apple ( my brother also enjoyed his massages ). Aprille was sweet. "
