"The room was what it looked like in the pictures, facilities were exactly what we needed. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Location was great so close to so many things, would highly recommend staying here for your Gold Coast holiday. "

"We had a two bedroom ocean suite with an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Unfortunately the windows were quite dirty so couldn't see really clearly. The window washing was about to start though so a timing thing. The rooms and beds were comfortable enough. The lounge wasn't very comfortable though."

"Room was a good size. Meals are a bit on the dear side and most is card only purchase or charge to room."

"The staff at the QT was very professional and friendly. The hotel had neat Miami feel with mice dinning options. I enjoyed the pizza and calamari at the Stingray and I also enjoyed the sushi at the Izakaya that they had. The breakfast buffet was also done well. The only thing is that property was going through some renovations and the rooms need to be updated a tiny bit. "

"Fantastic stay, breakfast is really good , room was ground floor and garden view- it was always clean and comfortable. Staff are great and hotel drinks reasonably priced. Hotel is older, but comfort and overall experience is fantastic "
