Le riad est très joli et le personnel est très avenant et courtois. Le repas était aussi tres bon et la piscine fort appréciée.

Lugar sin duda alguna con un gran remanso de paz, gran servicio y atención, habitación tranquila y grande, desayuno muy bueno , piscina muy agradable para refrescarte después de un día de calor por la Medina. Sin duda alguna repetiré . Gracias a todo el equipo del Riad Slitine.

Le Riad offre un cadre très charmant et calme au coeur même de la Médina. Le personnel est très sympathique et aux petits soins ce qui rend le séjour très agréable.

The only staff I came in contact with was the man at the front desk. He was very helpful and pleasant and when his shift was over the next man was very helpful as well. Both were kind and pleasant.

This Riad is located in the heart of Medina and walking distance to all the points you would like to see while in Marrakech. The souk, Bahia palace are minutes away by walk. The folks working at the Riad are helpful and very courteous.

Je suis retournée au Riad Slitine après un premier séjour il y a 20 ans. Le lieu s’est agrandi et est toujours magique, un havre de paix très bien situé au cœur de la médina, avec une grande piscine entourée d arbres, de grands espaces pour se relaxer, un service spa de hamam et massages.

Riad Slitine fell well below our expectations, especially for cleanliness, service & general upkeep. The towels were stained, the supposedly white bathrobes were greyish & marked, & the bedcover had visible black dirt marks. There were cobwebs in most corners, which gave the impression that thorough cleaning was simply not a priority. Towels were also surprisingly scarce, with just 1 towel/guest expected to serve for the body, hands & face. The communal areas were equally disappointing. Peeling paint & a generally tired, worn appearance gave the property a shabby, neglected feel rather than the charm one would expect from a traditional riad. Breakfast service was another frustration. On all but 1 morning, we had to wait approximately 30 minutes just to be served breakfast. This was particularly inconvenient when we had plans for the day & wanted to make an early start. Perhaps the most unpleasant aspect, however, was the approach to the property. To reach the riad, guests have to walk through a tunnel strewn with rubbish, followed by narrow alleyways also littered with waste. It was an extremely unwelcoming experience, particularly when returning in the evening.

This property was filthy. I was so uncomfortable i didnt even undress or sleep on the bed. I checked into this riad the night before my departure flight. I was only here for 8 hours and it was dreadful. The pool was filthy. The walls, the bathroom sink, the shower was extremely dirty. It looked haunted. Nothing like the pictures. The other people i traveled with said their rooms were clean and i could hardly believe it. My room clearly hadnt been cleaned in months. There was dirt on the walls and floors. The guy at the reception desk laughed with my sister about me being upset about how unclean this place was. I wouldnt recommend to a farm animal.

Schönes und ruhiges Riad in der Medina. Französische Führung. Der Eingangsgasse ist etwas seltsam und beängstigend. Die Zimmer sind groß aber leider auch schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig (das Wasser im Waschbecken lief z.B. nicht besonders gut aus). Service und Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Massage im kleinen Spa Raum auch sehr gut.

Room had a sewage smell and roof leaked after heavy rain . Staff were courteous but common areas were not very comfortable and bear in mind the riad is in a very busy part of the souk.

Staff were overall reasonably helpful but the room was very dusty and the water was not always hot (resulting in cold showers). When we did have a hot shower the pressure was very poor. We asked for an iron and after waiting a day we were given one which didn’t work. I gave it back to reception and they said they would fix it but we never bothered with it again.

If you're looking for a unique experience in Marrakech, choose a riad. If you're looking for an unforgettable experience in Marrakech, choose Riad Slitine. It's one of the most beautiful properties I've ever seen. It's the perfect location if you're looking to explore the Medina too. The staff was amazing and made sure I had breakfast and transportation even when I had to leave very early. Amazing experience.

Super smuk og rolig Riad. Vi var lidt i tvivl da vi gik igennem de små stræder for at nå frem til en anonym dør, men inde bagved gemte der sig en smuk Riad a la 1001 nats eventyr. I gåafstand til flere seværdigheder ligger Riaden perfekt og man undres over hvordan der kan være sådan en paradisisk ro gemt blot få skridt fra de sprudlende stræder. Hotellets ansatte var søde og imødekommende og vi følte os meget velkomne. Den fine pool midt i Riad’en var perfekt efter en varm dag ude i byen.

We truly enjoyed the Riad. It was very pleasant to como to the hotel and relax. Make sure you eat dinner here as ours was amazing. One of the best ones we had in the entire trip. The chef is very good! The people are very nice and are always willing to help. The property is very well maintained. Our food was very spacious and very well decorated. We enjoyed one day at the pool and relax. It is completely pleasant. We loved it! And recommend 100 times

A limpeza em geral é pouco cuidada, o chuveiro do quarto de banho perdia a agua pela mangueira, o Riad está de forma geral degradado a precisar de renovação. O pessoal não é simpático com exceção da senhora que servia os pequenos almoços. O pequeno almoço é básico. Excelente sumo de laranja. Pagamos o taxi de volta ao aeroporto no checkout e voltaram a pedir o dinheiro quando fomos apanhar o taxi. A ajuda com as malas é quase inexistente. Enfim, não será para repetir.

Although the room and stay is traditional, the condition of the property was not as advertised. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and the closest were filled with dust. The location is in the market so it is not the safest place to be walking around at night especially.

Would visit again

The location of the hotel is great and the inside of the Riad is peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast is nice, The kitchen ladies were super attentive. We loved staying in the appartement. Travelled with 5 people so it's nice to have lot of space. The pool was exactly what we needed after a hectic day. Could stay in it from morning to late. We will really miss this atmosphere. I recommend this place and would go back. The downside is the trash piling up on the road to the Riad, I think it would be in the Riads intress to have it removed everyday. No refill for shampoo and shower gel. The appartement should have a microwave and water boiler. Please be clear about what you're charging.
