On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. "Cleaners tended to neglect cleaning our room and, when cleaned, basic necessities were not refilled or replaced such as hand gel and toilet paper. Also, upon arrival, worn dirty socks were left behind, a toothbrush was found in one of the beds and some colouring pencils!? I’m confused as to why these were left behind in the bed. Also, our towels were not replaced for our entire stay of 1 week unfortunately - which is a shame. Furthermore, the breakfast was okay but it almost felt like attending...

"Big spacious suite and balcony. The toilet is a bit of a “cramped area”. You come to stay here and you relax immediately. It’s so calm and pleasant. The pool is huge and the area is very nice and so quiet. It’s an oasis. All the staff was so nice and friendly and helpful except for the checkout. The lady was not smiling, didn’t ask how our stay was (4 night stay) and when we asked if we could change 200 MAD she just said no we can’t do it. I would’ve expected her to say let me see if a boutique might be able to change it for you or tell us where we could go to change it. But no, she didn’t offer any solution. And no nice goodbye. It felt rushed is so very different than what we experienced the days before. So it left a bit of a sour taste to what was a very sweet stay. So I would say- it’s an oasis and you will feel relaxed just walking in. The pool area was the best and the staff in the pool area were very nice. The food is overpriced. The room- we had a suite was perfect. I’ve never slept so good, you can’t hear a thing and bed is very comfortable."
