โExceptional in every way. Jeanette is so warm and welcoming; we enjoyed our chats with her every morning at breakfast. The inn itself is quaint and peaceful, with beautifully decorated rooms, all of which are meticulously maintained. The location is perfect: only a few miles from lovely restaurants and convenient ferry service to the islands. Our dinners at Glass Onion and Landfall were excellent. Highly recommend the Frederick Williams Inn and Falmouth overall!โ

โVery much enjoyed my stay here, first time visiting cape cod and this was the perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and informative. I had came late to check in for my flight had delayed, they were very on top of it to ensure I had a smooth check in when I arrived close to 1 am lol. Highly recommend if you like to have a warm welcoming for your first trip to cape cod :) also love the building it was so beautiful! โ

โWas pleased with the staff and location of the Inn. It was clean and in fair condition for an older facility. The only concern we had were the small toilets since weโre older than the average visitors and had trouble with them. Still would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Hyannis. โ
โThe prior reviews were right - the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff and cleanest rooms around. Our cottage was quaint but perfectly situated by the harbor, with smell of the salt water - classic Cape Cod views of the harbor, wildlife, beaches and boats. The rooms were neat, the kitchen was extremely organized, and the quality of care is unmatched. No lines, no crowed beaches, no commercial noises - just the sound of the waves and seagulls. I would come back in a heartbeat!โ
โSarah & all front desk staff were excellent, providing great suggestions for local venues. Property location is walking distance to downtown & bike path. The garden patio, fire pit & outdoor seating area is very nice. โ
