“We had a lovely stay at the Dakota. We were greeted at the door by 2 staff members who were lovely and showed us to reception. Reception staff were lovely and friendly, engaged in conversation asking about our day. Wished me a Happy Birthday and our room was ready early, so was able to check in a good couple of hours earlier. Room was nice and spacious, clean and we could monitor the air con.
