โConstruction was happening but the front desk clerk, Geoffrey was incredibly helpful with instructions for driving, parking, etc.. Very clear and thorough.

โThe bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a good variety of options from fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, potatoes, eggs, juices & milk, and bacon or sausage (depending on the day). The complimentary soup daily was also nice to go with our homemade sandwiches in the afternoon & evening.โ
โEveryone was great except one lady for breakfast. cleaning up early, saying people are eating out of house and home, slamming dishes so loud it hurt my ears. Completely rude and when people would come in to eat towards the end she commented to each one rudely to hurry up and she took food away. โGood breakfast and Ruth Chris steakhouse on property was great. Very comfortable quiet and clean room. Shane and David were fantastic and hospitable. Easiest access to Mayo Clinic. Loved that it was also a historical hotel. โ
โWe had a great stay for a swim meet in town. Location was great. The facility is obviously older but it was very clean. The staff was friendly. They even had our towels folded like animals on check in which we loved! The bed was a little squeaky but overall comfortable, clean and a great value for the price. โ

โWe were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It doesnโt look like much from the outside, but our room was very clean and felt modern. We liked having a separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen/bathroom so our toddler could nap while we played games in the other room. Breakfast buffet was also nice.โ
