If you're coming to see the Ark Encounter, it's a really good home base between multiple activities and there is lots of shopping and many good restaurants nearby, as well. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, was clean, the breakfast was good with variety each day, and the staff checked in with me each day to see if we needed anything. “Easy check in. No issues. Would return in the future.”

“Very close to airport, breakfast was great”

“One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed divided by a sliding door. It was perfect for us”

“I am so disappointed with this experience. We stayed at a Country Inns and Suites property in Grand Rapids and it was great. Property was well maintained, amenities were great and the staff were top notch. I assumed all properties were similar. Boy was I wrong. This property was not what I expected. The breakfast was sub-par...

“decent place to stay, staff helpful, shuttle to/from CVG convenient. only feedback is giant water fountain in lobby is so loud, made desire to hang out there for cup of coffee or dining at restaurant nearly intolerable. i feel sorry for staff who work in that area…definitely unneeded noise pollution.”

“Clean rooms and friendly staff”
