“리버풀 관광을 위해 숙소를 알아보던 중 발견한 곳입니다. 차를 빌렸기 때문에 무료 주차가 가능한 것과 차로 이동하기에 크게 멀지는 않았습니다. 다만 객실 내 와이파이 사용이 불가능하고 객실 내 TV채널이 4개 정도 뿐입니다. TV가 굉장히 작고 조작법이 특이해요. 거의 20년 전 모델 같은.. 전체적으로 와이파이와 TV를 제외한다면 편하게 머물렀던 숙소입니다.”

“Where do I start. Location is so perfect. It’s right beside Anfield, and a 20-min bus ride to the city centre. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, they have a pub downstairs, and the LFC murals are just so close by. The most important part was their staff. It’s a family-run inn, and everyone made me feel like I’m part of their family. “I travel to Liverpool every month and stay in this hotel regularly. It’s normally fine but my meal last night in the restaurant was one of the worst i have ever experienced. I decided to treat myself to a ribeye steak. It costs £48 so definitely was a treat. It was dreadful. Horrifically over cooked, so much so that I sent it back which I never do. “I booked a low value room, so really got what I expected. Had hot water a bed and parking. I only stayed one night leaving early the next morning so fine for what I needed. Had issue with TV remote which staff sorted quickly. ”

“discounted upgrade request sent via the hotel and we accepted but when we arrived we were told the upgrade system wasn't working and we quickly dismissed, and told no discounts available. Reception not so customer focused and friendly. Ordered cocktails the bar was empty and took 25 minutes to make !. The hotel is very compact and not much space at breakfast, felt quite claustrophobic. Overall disappointing but it didn't spoil our night away.”
