“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. “Very clean appartment in pristine condition. Excellent kitchen facilities. Good shower with excellent water flow. Dressing room for luggage and changing. Beverley the host very helpful and accomodating. Excellent stay, wound recomend.”

“There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”

“Lovely traditional pub, excellent food and accomodation”

“Beatiful building and setting. Excellent staff. Food 7/10. Its classical which is fine but maybe uninteresting.”

“We enjoyed a pleasant stay”

“Lovely hotel and very helpful friendly staff. I booked a classic room which was spacious and nicely presented. Appreciated the addition of room service after a long journey and a well presented breakfast the next morning. Exceeded my expectations actually”

Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...
