“We’ve stayed at the WHITTEN many times at this new place and the one near the interstate. We have always been completely satisfied with everything they do. We plan to stay with them every time we’re in Abilene and need a room.”

“The lobby smelled of sewer. The room was well air conditioned but musty. I had to remove a very large water roach that was dying, but not there yet. The bathroom was fairly clean and the towels seemed to have been washed. This was the last option I had for the night other than sleeping in my car. Next time, I’d sleep in the car. The front desk person was very polite.”

“The place was completely disgusting. There was mold growing on the furniture in room. All the furniture looked to have been wet for an extended amount of time. The room stunk horribly. Bathtub was rusted with paint peeling from tub. Carpet extremely dirty. I'm fairly certain that I am done booking with Expedia ”

“Floor has now been cleaned, shower did not work, overflowing trash cans all over the place, trash built up outside doors. This is a hotel where men who come into town for the week and work in the oilfield stay so their work pots are all over the outside. I will say the mattress was comfortable but that’s it’s. This place is NOT worth the price. ”

“Clean room. Kitchen was not well stocked for cooking. No bowls for cereal. A/C unit was extremely loud. Loud enough to wake you up in the middle of the night. Had to call the answering service to get door code. Took about 15 minutes to get into the cabin. ”

The facility tried to tell me they could not accommodate another room since I booked through a third party. I did let them know, this is a facility issue, and not an Expedia issue. I will not be returning here. ”
