โThe setting is beautiful, room was spacious and comfortable. View from the balcony was lovely and staff were very friendly. Even a little welcome bag for the pooch.

โThe staff were very helpful from the moment I arrived. I needed to book an additional night and thought that might mean a different room for two nights as Expedia said they couldnโt do at their end. They were very accommodating and gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. They carried my luggage to my room. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were friendly. The front desk agent arranged transportation for me when I left. A very pleasant stay. โ
โNice comfortable hotel an easy walking distance from everything in Colchester. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good quality. I liked the fact that breakfast is 'a la carte', as that reduces wastage. Cleanliness is good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!โ
โWe loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasnโt open and some work was happening but you can tell itโs going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .โ
โI loved how unique the property was. Our room was cosy, the beds so comfy & everything we needed was provided in the room. Breakfast was delicious & having the option of takeaway pizza to our room on the night of arrival was brilliant. Thank you.โ
โThe place was huge the value wonderful parking right out back great people food, just walk everywhere myself wife and daughter came all the way from the USA and couldn't have ask for better.โ
