10/10 Excellent

"My family of four had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and met our needs during our visit. However, the biggest issue we experienced was with the towel service. Our reservation clearly indicated that there would be four guests in the room, yet only two bath towels were provided upon arrival. When I called to request additional towels, I had to make multiple phone calls before they were finally delivered, and it took much longer than expected. This was frustrating, especially after a long day when we simply needed enough towels for everyone in our family. Aside from this inconvenience, our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel, but I hope they improve their responsiveness to guest requests and ensure rooms are properly stocked based on the number of guests listed on the reservation."

"Good restaurant, great staff in general restaurant and hotel, great location for turist, complicated location for non tourist, different protest made mobility around difficult for taxis of any company or airport, they were not able to get closer to hotel or sometimes will decline the service due to traffic closures around the hotel. Price is higher that other hotels that offer similar service and facilities. Good for tourists"

"My overall experience at this hotel was stressful and overwhelming...It was not the hotel itself, but the circumstances surrounding the hotel. At the time of my arrival there was a huge protest happening in the central area. Many of the main streets were closed due to a march and also an actual occupation of the city. It was nearly impossible for me to even get to the hotel entry, because there were tents and tarps that covered the entire street. There was no one from the hotel there to help. So, it was a very stressful situation. When I finally made it to the hotel, I was hot, sweating and clearly overwhelmed. It would have been very thoughtful and helpful to let me go ahead and check in at 2:15. But I was made to wait until exactly 3:00. Because of the situation outside of the hotel, I really was forced to stay inside. The only outlet was the restaurant hotel. The staff were very kind and I absolutely loved my room. It was big, beautiful and clean. And the bed was fantastic! At check-out, the streets outside were still blocked and occupied by the protesters, but one of the hotel staff took my luggage and guided me to an open street where I was able to get an uber. If it were not for the protest situation, I would have loved my stay here."
