The room was very clean, I had an issue at check in, but that was corrected by Mr. Brown, his handling of the situation was top notch. The staff was very friendly even after my issue at check in. I would like to thank Mr. Brown for taking this matter seriously.

When I checked the staff was very friendly and courteous. We also got help with our luggage and the person who helped was helpful and gave us good tips for sightseeing. Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe
Thought parking was pricey and no self park. Also earlest checkout time Ive ever seen, who does 10am except this place. Also latest check in time Ive ever seen 4pm! Probably wont stay here again!
