"The location is perfect, very close to time square and everything around. The hotel is old you can tell by the look of the interior. The elevator very small, I mean very small. If you are claustrophobic you are in trouble. Also you have to wait a very long time for the elevator to come, is a busy hotel and the elevator is not made for the capacity. But is okay if you don't care. Overall my room was clean, the staff was helpful. I would definitely come back."

"The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. I had tea and snacks in the lobby but did not go to the restaurant which I hear is beautiful. I filled out a survey and mentioned that the room lacked amenities (sewing kit, moisturizer, shower cap, robe). I was surprised to get an email from the manager who mentioned that they would have been happy to supply those things if I had asked. My room did have a clothes steamer which was very convenient since I was attending a wedding and my outfit was wrinkly from my suitcase. Overall, it was a nice stay!"
