"A bit off the beaten path but served it's purpose. First time booking premier inn on Expedia and had issues with a cancellation that Premier Inn was not wanting to correct. I have used Premier Inn a lot personally and for my business, but due to this frustration with their handling of a the cancellation request, I will be rethinking booking with them in the future."

"Stayed for 1 night in August. Lack of receptionist on arrival let it down. People arrived an hour before us and were still waiting for someone to arrive and book them in.
Cleaning staff came down and got us sorted. They could not do enough for us and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. Comfortable en suite rooms and plenty of parking. The hotel is fairly basic and only offer a continental breakfast in a bag. It would probably benefit by at least offering a cooked...

"Check in was really quick, asked me what floor I preferred to sleep on.

"The Rose & Crown in Warwick was delightful! My room faced the market square, and there was wonderful activity throughout the morning and daytime. I could hear the church bells chiming. Walking everywhere was easy. The nights were peaceful. My bathroom and shower were American-friendly. There didn't appear to be air conditioning in my room, which was not needed during my stay, because the evenings were cool. Just be aware of that if there is a preference for air conditioning. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic! Service was excellent. "

In the morning for breakfast the lady who served me even made sure my dog got his own sausage for breakfast . Lovely friendly feel about the place and perfect location to explore the town. "Slight difficulties checking in due to a staff personal emergency but manager Michael sorted everything via phone and was extremely helpful. Room was nice and clean, sheets and towels changed daily and was quiet at night despite room facing main road. Location is ecellent, just a short walk from town, pubs and station. Very enjoyable stay, would recommend."
