Room was small, prices are a bit steep especially for the massages. The hot tubs are seperate for men and women and close at 7pm

โEverything is "unique" about Captain Grant's!...The perfect hosts Carol and Ted; the ambience; the beautiful furnishings; the cozy room with all the amenities; the absolutely fabulous breakfast w/ mimosas, pancakes with real maple syrup and blueberry topping on a exquisitely, complete totally antique, setting table arrangement; all the available extras...beer, wine, coffee. tea, brandy in the room, etc. A most wonderful experienceโ

โEnjoyed the fact Hotel Callista was creat of a private residence(mansion). Gave it a homey, comfortable feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and the hotel in general were very clean. Would definitely stay at Callista again.โ

โGrowing up in the area and now living in New a York itโs hard to find the right place to stay because I have so many opinions. I can be pretty picky. Elieen of Mystic was BEYOND perfect. I hope to stay here over and over again. โ
โThe staff was amazing we needed housekeeping for a spill and they came right away. Unfortunately the big bummer was pool hours as we arrived after 5 and my plan was to swim and use the hot tub however closes at 6. I stayed there for the pool but otherwise everything was greatโ
โThe House of 1833 is a beautiful old home with an amazing collection of antiques. It is surrounded by old English style gardens. In late September we were a bit too early for fall colors. The owner is delightful and helpful and the food was wonderful! โ
โWe enjoyed our stay here and was perfect for our visit to Mohegan Sun! The customer service was great, an amazing room provided and a bar to enjoy a drink! โ
โAlthough we did not see anyone, we had specific directions on how to enter both the house and our room. Very clean, updated and overall ver nice.โ
