"I chose this hotel because they have rooms with a kitchen. I was in town for a couple days to visit my son so I wanted to cook for him. I was glad to have a kitchen but it, and the room were not cleaned at all. No surfaces had been cleaned. The only thing they seem to have done was make the bed and put 4 towels in the room. I went and bought disinfectant and cleaned it myself."

"Had to change rooms as the first room the tv didn't work and the phone had no dial tone. (which was needed to call the front desk to say the tv didn't work.)"
