“Good place to stay”

“I checked in quite late but host was very helpful. The motel is quite old but well kept and clean. It was a cold night but room had heating and was very cosy. Plenty hot water. Barstow has seen better days but this motel is a great price and I felt safe and comfortable staying here. ”

Made a full payment through hotels.com but hotel said it doesn't show up and tried to charge me without trying anything. Hotel didn't call hotels.com and told me that I should make the call. They told me that they would make sure to do evrything to confirm the reservation with hotels.com. One phone call to hotels.com could have solved all problems but the person 'Christine' at the front desk was neglect...

“Cleanless is average or above. Kindness of the hotel owner is outstanding i was distracted in the midnight by unexpected drunken guy yelling outside our room and there after I had a deep and continuous sleeping just before check out time, thus woke up surprised and they give the free complimentary one hour allowance with continental breakfast only fo me as well even breakfast kitchen is already closed..
