โAlthough I was only there for 1 night I I availed myself of the snack/drinks area in the lobby & the bar. Staff were knowledgeable & friendly. I will definitely go again.โ
โI was happy because it was close by to Easter Seals as I was visiting someone for the weekend. They were also kind & gave me points even though I booked it through a 3rd party. They also gave me a room on the 1st floor as so requested. I was able to see my vehicle from my room, which was very important to me. โ
โGreat price, clean room, very comfortable King bed. Large TV, A/C worked perfect. Quiet. Nice love seat couch and coffee table made for convenient use plus the desk/chair for laptop use. Plenty of outlets for chargers and plug in devices like a laptop. Close to some very nice restaurants for dinner and breakfast. โ
โHotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.โ
โThis inn is a very old, but lovingly restored, quaint, old building near the centre of Keene. Our host was excellent. He went out of his way to greet us even though we were a little late arriving. He kept us informed with a few, key emails. The breakfast was simple, but there were many options. Parking was free and wasy.โ
