It was having a concierge on my phone without needing to CALL… I just texted them and they replied… I liked this form of communication and being engaged. We will be returning and looking forward to the same level of service "

Lowlights Rooms are dated. We had a ground floor unit that gave us access to the pool out the sliding door. Parking was ok. Sometimes we couldn't park near our room. "
