This place is near many things however, it was loud when I got there and in general, the place was old and unclean. My specific room was in the corner of the hallway and when people passed by, I could hear everything. The upper lock to my door was broken and the air conditioning seemed old. They had complementary breakfast, but seeing how dirty everything was, I decided to skip it and leave a day early.

no, the premise is dirty, you dont want to get out ot the room and see all trhas aournt, tobaco on the floor, dirty bankets all around, the smelling is horrible this place is mostly for homeless people who need a place to sleep

The property was very run down, not well maintained at all. It seemed as though there were full time residents that hung out in the front of the hotel smoking a lot. The bathroom light didn’t work but we never told anyone. They did bring extra towels promptly when we asked

The room was way too small for 2 queen beds & for four people. No walking space literally! We were all bumping into each other. It was clean. Hair all over the floor. Good thing we just used it to sleep.

Beach access was excellent (2-3 different ways in). the marina dunes are amazingly wonderful, enjoy looping trails through the dunes and back on the beach. You can find solitude here! But swimming or wading would be dangerous. The breakfast was good most mornings, varying between eggs with bacon oR potatoes, to biscuits and gravy. Parking was convenient. Hot tub was damn good, but unfortunately didnt open until noon. Annoying: incessant pot smoke, homeless folks on the premises, broken shower water valve. Worst: broken furniture (big red stuffed chairs), ripped out AC units, and wide screen TVs strewn outside like an obstacle course to get to your room.

First tried to turn on lights and found only 1 bed side lamp for the whole room including sink and mirror. Missing fire alarm with exposed wires and multiple burned outlets. Toilet also leaking from bottom. Stayed only one night and was bit in bed 6+ times probably from bed bugs. Wouldn’t consider staying again 👎

I've always given great reviews but idk this time i was super disappointed. Ya'll are always accommodating but this time I chose to clean the room myself. Maybe you're short staffed idk. But toilet. Sink. Desk. Tub all had been dirty not to mention the walls and bathroom door..it needed a deep clean so i bought clorox wipes & cleaned plus the floor was super sticky & almost bought a mop too but i tried making the whole wipes work. As always i get a good night sleep & bfast was great but please add fresh fruit because even w the hiccup I'll be staying again. ❤️⚘️

The hotel room was dirty! No iron had to ask for that and not towels had to ask for that!! The beds felt dirty and dusty and had an unclean smell to it. Don’t fall for the pictures it was not as expected at all. The air vent was super dirty as well didn’t want to turn it on. Just overall terrible experience.

Room that we had reserved was unavailable due to maintenance and the room change so the room that was provided was so dirty the floors where stained with something sticky bed sheets ripped had to go buy a comforter to place on top of bed to lay on I had stayed there once before and was ok this time was disappointing

The room could've been cleaner but the location was awesome. However, the cleaning staff were extremely loud in the morning and it was hard to sleep. One of them was on the phone (loud speaker) and was yelling across the building.

Admittedly I did not read the reviews before booking. I relied on inaccurate photos, price, and location; lesson learned. Upon arrival the front desk was nice and check in was efficient. We went to our assigned room and found it to be a bit run down with water damage, rust, chips and dings on the walls, smoke detector missing with wires hanging down, and generally underwhelming. We were just going to deal with it until I found a large puddle and crack on the ground near one of the windows. I went to the front desk, the clerk did not seem surprised or apologize but did quickly assign us a new room directly above the previous room. I went to inspect the new room and found it in similar condition and an even larger puddle under a couch near a window. I immediately went to the front desk, again he reassigned us a new room. The new room was substantially smaller, the light switch near the door was not operable, and the only lights I could find were a desk lamp and the water closet light. I started my way back to the office and the clerk was already on his way to see if the room was okay. I told him it wasnt because of the lights. He was pretty annoyed with me and said there were lights and I told him to show me. There was just two desk lamps and a light switch hidden behind a microwave 10 feet away from the bathroom sink. The bedding had stains and was itchy, the TV did not fully function, and our last night we found a cockroach hanging on the wall. Loud road noise and loud guests
