“As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The location is convenient and accessible for everyone. Whether you have a car, ride a scooter, or are traveling with an elderly parent, everything you need is within easy reach. The tram system is excellent for getting around. A huge...

“Lovely hotel , very friendly and helpful , food was lovely only thing was the room was to Hot”

“Good location and a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was modern as was room and furnishings. Unfortunately no milks or coffees provided. The mugs were not particularly clean. The shower gel needed to be refilled. Small things but a bit of a pain! Hence the lower score.”

“Staff at reception were very helpful and friendly for both checking and check out.”

“Lovely home from home feeling when you walk into The Regal, great location and good value for money!”

“The room had been newly decorated to a good standard. Excellent in room facilities. When I complained about the room being cold they immediately provided a plug in heater. Walkable distance from Blackpool north rail station.”

“The room was terrible, walls were damp and room smelt because of the damp, wallpaper peeling off, bathroom disgusting, no soap in dispenser, bath had cracks and toilet didn’t flush properly”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. Suite 1 was perfect for our family. Just one thing after a shower we could smell the drains. We reported it straight away and reception said they would fix it while we was out.”

“The room was clean and the heating was really good. There was no towels in the room and no tea/coffee this was corrected after a conversation. Overall a pleasant stay and I would use again”
