“Be aware of the staff and cleaners coming into your room before checkout.”

“Pictures posted on the website are completely different in person. Hotel is worse by all means, ac didn’t work had to wait about 45 minutes for someone to take a look at it. I had to go to the front desk twice in order to get someone to take a look at the ac. I was asked if I can wait until the next day for a new room. Very unprofessional hotel, will not be staying here again.”

“Room was amazing. Sally the concierge was helpful with getting flowers to the room and Massages scheduled. Fireplace going with the crash of the waves below made for a perfect relaxing weekend”
