"a nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying. To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all. No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast — especially while staying at a high-end hotel."
