“I don't recommend this hotel never. The reception women wasn't nice, and my wife and I couldn't sleep well because my room is loud noise of my door next front door . There is a most upsetting situation. And I was very cold in sleep because the heating didn't work at all night. The heating regulator did not work. It was 2am that I founded that the heating didn't work. I caught a runny nose next day and my trip was interrupted. I never recommend this hotel.”

“Positives: The view was incredible even being on the first floor. Also did not realize pool was salt water and heated! The breakfast was surprisingly tasty. The housekeeping team was extremely friendly. The shuttle to town was very convenient. Cons: while we were eating breakfast, we saw that some cups had fallen on the floor and a customer picked them up, the staff ran over and helped her and then stuffed the cups that had been rolling around in the floor back into the original stack. Ugh....
