โWe had a wonderful week at the Liberty Mountain Resort. Staff were all so friendly and accommodating from the get-go. Room was clean and had a nice balcony to sit with our morning coffee facing the mountain. We enjoyed walking the property in the evenings and strolling around the pond and courtyard area. Parking was available right in front of our building for ease going in and out as we left for day activities. The food at Eagle and Owl on the property was excellent. We hit one small snag...
โThe restaurant on property was excellent. Great food and waitress and bartender. Everyone was friendly. Would absolutely come back. We had a problem with the water pressure in our unit and the staff let us use the connecting until to shower. Excellent very clean place to stay.โ
โThe breakfast served at Amberson House was delicious. And not only that Amanda checked to make sure we had no allergies and checked on our preferences. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We definitely recommend a stay at the Amberson House. โ
โWe loved the history of the house itself as well as the section of the town it is located in.
The manager was very informative about the history of the house, which we found interesting.
Staff in general were knowledgeable about places to visit beyond the battle grounds, dinning options and some specifics about touring the National Park.

โLovely hotel. Wonderful staff. We were here just overnight (so we didnโt partake in any of the services/ amenities) but our room was nice. We had a first floor room which was neat and tidy. The ceilings?!! Must have been at least 20 feet high! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.โ
โMe and my daughter came to town for a film festival so we werenโt at the property very much throughout our stay. However, the rooms were clean. The grounds was well kept and the location was near a Walmart and gas stations had we needed anything in a pinch. It was also a fairly quiet location. Staff was nice; good coffee. โ
โwe wanted historic and got it. it was a very hot day, so any respite was good, and any annoyance would have been significant. fortunately, ez and comfortable. these hosts are from Boston, so it has New England laid back intelligence and class. the property itself is interesting. all the rooms looked interesting. the breakfast was maybe too much, though some probably like it that way. i think they could go lighter, though it's an impressive show and they are morning people! if you want to...
