The room was clean and cozy, the bed and sheets were clean, and it was conducive to a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was also very satisfactory. This is a hotel I would like to visit again if I transit through Munich.

We enjoyed our one night stay. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the best. We would definitely stay again if ever in Munich. However, the shower soaks the entire bathroom floor and the tub did not drain well.

Comfortable and close to the airport
I needed an overnight hotel close to the airport for a morning flight back to the States. Check-in was easy and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. The carpeting in the halls could use a good shampooing. Otherwise, the hotel seemed very clean. The room was fully carpeted and I would suggest a Lancaster rack as I don't like leaving my suitcase on carpet or upholstery. The walls between the rooms were a bit thin. I could hear the couple in the room and what they were watching on their television. The exterior noise from the airplanes landing was much quieter. The morning breakfast was very reasonable and quite tasty. Checkout was easy and friendly.

The only thing I liked about the room was some acceptable degree of cleanliness. I was only told when I arrived at the hotel that the shuttle wasn't free. There was no hot water (it was barely warm to shower in the cold winter), the hair dryer was broken, the air conditioner wasn't able to heat up the room and there were absolutely no amenities but shampoo. I would have never gone in the first place if I hadn't arrived late on a rainy night.

Inaccurate description
The listing on multiple web sites claims that the hotel has a bar and restaurant. It has neither. There is one restaurant within walking distance and otherwise you need transportation. The breakfast bar opens at 6:30 - I had to get the shuttle at 6AM, so no breakfast for me... It's a pity because the rooms are nice and well appointed (It used to be a Sheraton and many signs etc still are) But I won't be back....

Nothing to like. First it's nowhere near the airport. Second there was no bar and no restaurant. There was no water available apart from a dispenser in reception which was probably filled with tap water. The receptionist didn't speak any English and had zero knowledge or interest of where to go for food other than a takeaway menu in German.

All it needed was dinner
Lovely room, helpful staff, near airport (shuttle prompt and easily arranged). Only disappointment was no restaurant or bar, despite both website and in room TV screen evidence to the contrary. This should be updated. There was an Italian restaurant within 5 minute walking distance.

Very comfortable rooms and beds. Excellent food. Even though the restaurant was closed during our visit they still offered a full menu at the bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient to the Munich airport. Surprisingly no airplane noise given the proximity to the airport.

Grand Excellence
The hotel had a wonderful, almost family type feel to me. I was really happy with my stay there. The staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, spoke clearly in english, and just want to make my stay as pleasant as possible. They organised a friendly taxi service to and from the airport and Munich. I would highly recommend them. Much better than staying at the airport and a walk around the village is really worth while. There are a good choice of restaurants in the village.
