"Probably one of the few hotels in Japan that had bigger/more spacious rooms. Good space for a couple traveling for a couple days. A little tight if you have 2 med and 1 large suitcase but manageable. They offer luggage storage and they help you with sending your luggage to the next hotel. Toiletries are provided for you and it’s close to public transportation. One of my favorite hotels in Japan. "

    "Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is great and near entrances to the train station. There are underground shopping/restaurants near the hotel which can connect to Osaka station. I was confused walking through it but followed signs for "JR" and eventually found my way to Osaka station. The indoor onsen (spa) is open from 6am-midnight which was great after a long day of walking. A Lawson convenience store and pharmacy is located on the ground floor of the hotel. One potential con is the hotel is positioned right on a main street which means you can probably hear car noises or general noise pollution from your room. "
