“We booked an "Intermediate Condo" for a family trip with kids and came away disappointed on almost every front. Booking runaround: I called a full week before our stay to ask about switching to a smaller unit since our group size had changed. I was told someone would call me back — no one ever did. When I followed up days later, I was told their policy doesn't allow changes within 7 days. So I called within the window, they dropped the ball, and I was stuck paying for more space than I needed....

De plus, avant mon arrivée on m'a textée pour me demander quelle genre de musique je préférais et à quelle température je voulais ma chambre. Donc, à mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé la télé allumée avec comme image un feu de foyer et de la munique classique et la température ambiante à 20 degrés tel que je l'avais demandé. “Un petit motel un peu délabré. Ils ont mis un sent-bon dans la chambre et on n'a pas pu supporter l'odeur. Heureusement, on a trouvé la capsule et on l'a sorti et c'était beaucoup mieux. Quelques bébites dans la chambre. Bon, ce n'est pas leur faute, ils cherchent le confort aussi, j'imagine, LOL. Le motel est en manque d'amour, mais les chambres sont passables, relativement propres, bien insonorisées et l'emplacement sur le bord de l'eau est agréable. ”

“room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t...

“The place is very nice and quiet! The staff were very pleasant and the amenities were plentiful; fully stocked kitchen and bathroom were a plus! It was clean and comfortable for the most part. The only thing I'd improve upon would be the security: as a woman traveling alone, I'd appreciate a better door lock, and also to have staff around at night. The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable, but sheets were good quality. Toilet paper was the roughest I've used in a while lol... All in...
