"We stay once a year but the pool seems to always be closed. I was over charged for our deposit since we weren’t asked if we’re leaving our car or needing the shuttle. "

"Yes. Room was a handicapped room, shower only 1 person at a time. Staff should have made us aware and we would've upgraded to a 2 person room. Plenty of shopping. Not pleased 😕 "

"Comfortable. I am curious as to why a hotel with full refrigerator, cook top, microwave and toaster did not have any cooking utensils or plates, etc.? Most travelers do not bring all those items with them."

"Parking is not available so make sure to reserve in advance or stay somewhere else. Staff not helpful or accommodating. The whole reason we booked this place was so we could stay and leave our vehicle while we went on vacation to only find out, it isn’t available. "

"Activities were great!! No breakfast open at 6:00am or 6:30am. We should have brought some food. It was expensive."

"Overall liked it a lot! It seems they did some renovations. Staffing was amazing, so sweet and helpful! Only complaints were the continental breakfast was a very limited variety, it was small packs of donuts and honey buns. Beds were very very comfy, pool and hot tub were great! Would definitely stay there again! "

"Pool was good, hot tub was closed which was too bad, my only major issue was no house keeping came into the room the 3 nights we stayed, never replaced towels or linens. Also 5 dollars for a vending machine soda is outrageous. But overall a nice stay with easy access to the Mall of America. "
