"The hotel is beautiful, but the carpets were dirty and there was a slight musty smell. The bathroom amenities were also very limited—they only provided soap and shampoo, with no other basic toiletries. Overall, the hotel is nice, but there are some areas that could be improved."

We had two interconnecting rooms (1 Deluxe Twin Room, Ocean View (Main Building) and 1 Deluxe Double Room, Ocean View (Main Building)) which was great for our family. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the facilities were superb: we enjoyed using the arcade games room, the pool and the spa."

"nice place. the staff absolutely refused to let anyone check in early. they did let you leave your cases in the laundry but with a 4 pm check in we ended up sitting for a few hours waiting. other than that was a great place in a great location. I would book here again if staying in Busan"

"Full disclosure, booked this by mistake, but it was absolutely fine for 2 middle aged Brits! Between 2 tube stations and bus stop is outside. Beds were really comfortable, although you would have thought I was asking a receptionist for a kidney rather than an extra pillow, breakfast was not to our (western) taste. V happy that there was a working washing machine and tumble dryer."
