"I had an amazing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Kelowna! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. "The stairs are scary, the room was dirty, no shampoo, over priced, they advertise $20 a night for pet but charge you $25. The staff was the cherry on top she was rude and had major attitude towards us. We are not happy at all for what we paid for. I'm almost tempted to call the city and tell them how poor they were or maybe the news. "
