We are very happy with our stay. The free shuttle from airport is convinient. The hotel is close from airport but quite for good rest. The breakfast has quality food that gives a strong start for our Japan vacation. The coffee is exceptional.

The hotel is convenient to the airport (a free 10-minute shuttle) and the breakfast we had there was fine, though nothing special. The airport transfers are efficient and timely. The bathroom was a bit dated, but overall the cleanliness was acceptable. Note that various restaurants on the property are closed on different days - we should have realized this ahead of time as we had our hearts set on sushi but that one was closed.
